Good to know

• Reduction for rollaway in the double room - 15% for the third person. With 4 people in the same room 20 % for the 3rd and the 4th person.
• Kids: Season A: for 1 child under 12 years in the room of the parents 100% reduction, Season B+C: daily rate of children until 6 years € 45,00, until 12 years € 65,00 per day.
• Cribs: € 14,00 (without meals). baby phone, baby’s changing table and high chair are to your disposal
• Small pets on request, € 15,00 daily cleaning fee. Dogs are not allowed to enter in the dining room, swimming pool area and beauty and wellness department.
• Free garage or outside parking (depends on the availability)
• Method of payment: Cash, Traveller check (+ administrative charge), Travelmoney, EC card, credit cards (VISA, Euro-Mastercard) If you pay cash you will get a reduction of 2% for the whole amount of your bill. Please communicate us your method of payment upon arrival.
• For a stay of 7 days and more you get a reduction of 5% on the daily rates of full payers (exclusive packages and special offers)

• For early departure we calculate a fee of 3 days stay

The following cancellation fees are applied: until 1 week before arrival 50% of the total amount, until 3 days before arrival 70%, until 1 day before arrival 90%, no show 100%. This is also valid for early departures and late arrivals. We would like to point out the possibility of a travel assurance.
