SPA Etiquette

• We suggest that you book your appointments before your arrival in order to obtain your desired dates and times best suited for you.
• Please come to the appointment dressed in bathrobe and briefs/panties; for the bath treatment we supply you with disposable underpants. You can also request these for other treatments.
• If you have to cancel the appointment we ask you to inform us within 24 hours before otherwise a charge applies.
• We ask you kindly not to smoke and not to use your mobile phones in the Spa, as a courtesy to others.

Pool-area

• Please do not enter the pool area with outdoor shoes.
• Bathrobes and towels are at your disposal during the stay.
• Sauna area: access permitted from 16 years of age.
• Fitness room: for instructions please ask at the reception.
• Please do not smoke and switch off your telephone in the whole area.
