Regional partners
We prepare our dishes using the best regional produce available in the area and pair them with international products and dishes to offer a unique culinary experience. We source our dairy products from South Tyrolean Alpine dairies and our eggs from selected farms in Val Venosta. Both our vegetables and fruit are sourced either locally or from Italy. Our cheese specialities come from South Tyrol, France and Italy and are carefully selected to guarantee the highest quality possible.
