Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival incur no additional fees. After that, the following conditions apply:
- 6 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
- 3 to 2 days before arrival: 70%
- 1 day before arrival: 90%
- Cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100%.
Advance payments (Caparra confirmatoria) are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
We recommend taking out travel insurance for peace of mind.
