Our 4th generation hotelier, Philipp Ellmenreich, has a passion for cocktails. Together with our bartender, he creates new cocktails every day to offer you a unique experience every day. We are also constantly expanding our range of local and national products. Philipp has graduated from the prestige 'Barfachschule Thörig Zürich', a school of Swiss experts in bartending and new cocktail theories.

Exquisite gin selection

We emphasise quality and variety and present carefully selected varieties from all over the world. Let our bartenders advise you and discover the nuances that each gin unfolds in combination with perfectly matched tonic waters and garnishes.

Twice a month we offer a gin tasting with international and local spirits. Ask us for more information during your stay.
