Friday belongs to the flavours of the sea: look forward to our fish buffet at the Hotel Mignon in Merano – lovingly prepared with fish and seafood specialities such as sea bass, scampi, mussels and lobster – raw, fried or boiled.

Regional partners
We prepare our dishes using the best regional produce available in the area and pair them with international products and dishes to offer a unique culinary experience. We source our dairy products from South Tyrolean Alpine dairies and our eggs from selected farms in Val Venosta. Both our vegetables and fruit are sourced either locally or from Italy. Our cheese specialities come from South Tyrol, France and Italy and are carefully selected to guarantee the highest quality possible.
Enjoy our exclusive honey directly from our hotel garden, where we keep our own bees and produce fresh honey.

Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:30 to 10:30 am. For late risers, we gladly serve a personalized breakfast – flexible, at any time of a day. For early departures, we can prepare a takeaway breakfast.
External guests are also welcome:
